CHOCOLATE CAKE
Flour- 250g
Sugar-400g
Margarine-100g
Butter- 250g
Egg- 8
Dark Chocolate- 100g
Baking Powder- 2.5
Tea SpoonVanilla: 2 Tea Spoon
Brawny
Golden Syrup
PROCEDURE
Cream Margarine, Butter and Sugar until very creamy
Break eggs and whisk
Melt chocolate
Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl
Add whisked egg into already creamed margarine, Butter and Sugar
Add melted chocolate and gradually fold in flour
Add brawny and golden syrup
Grease your baking pan and bake over steamed water.
